Brooks Insurance Agency c. 1934-1976 (Courthouse Square), I fondly recall the Battle Flag proudly waving in the place of honour, respectfully higher than the Reconstruction flag, during my summer visits with Mother (née Stella Virginia Brooks) during the 1950s & '60s and hope that our Banner still flies!
